Steelhead Fishing Trips
Hells Canyon At Its Best
Steelhead Fishing on the Snake and Salmon River is our most popular fishing trip. We fish the borderline waters of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. We target both A-Run and B-Run steelhead.
Steelhead fishing is best from October through February. Anglers have the opportunity to fish for Steelhead runs returning back to the Grande Rhonde River, Salmon River, Imnaha River, and Snake River. These rivers combine to provide on average 80,000 catchable returning fish. Don’t forget, in late September and early October an angler typically has a good opportunity of hooking into a Fall Chinook Salmon while on a Steelhead charter.

It is not uncommon on a steelhead charter to have additional opportunity to hook into a White Sturgeon or a Fall Chinook salmon. Fall and winter months are also great for wildlife viewing; elk, deer, mountain goats, and Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep are wintering in the canyon.
